Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Linda Exton and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist, Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Healer.

My journey as a therapist began in 2001 when I myself experienced ill health and discovered the benefits of complementary health care first hand.  After 3 months of treatment I was experiencing the best health I’d ever had. As a result I decided to leave my job as a network systems engineer and retrain to help others as I’d been helped.

I have undergone thorough levels of training in all aspects of my work and as a professional therapist am fully insured and undergo continual professional development which is legal requirement of a professional therapist.

I offer General Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Spinal Reflexology as well as Counselling (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Healing. I have a purpose built therapy lodge near to the centre of Cardiff but easily accessible from all major roads into Cardiff.

As well as assisting people to manage the many stress related problems emanating from today’s fast pace of life, my particular interest is in womens’ health – menstrual irregularities, peri/post menopause, preconception, pregnancy and post natal care.

I also see couples seeking help whilst undergoing fertility treatment with conventional medical practitioners – I’m qualified to work safely alongside IUI, IVF/ICSI protocols, frozen embryo transfer or donor cycles.
Additionally, I work with clients experiencing problems with lymphoedema in particular following breast cancer surgery and those wishing to stop smoking or address weight loss/healthy eating.

My aim is to provide my clients with a caring, empathic and confidential environment where they feel safe to relax and de-stress from the pressures of everyday life. The treatments I offer are by no means alternative to mainstream medicine but complimentary, I believe we can work together to provide the best care possible – please always inform your medical caregiver that you are seeking my help.
